Hello, we are the Product Girls!

We met in 2014 while working at Spylight, an Ecommerce influencer platform. We were tasked with rethinking the entire product to increase retention and conversion rates across the platform. We collaborated well with our different skillsets brought a diverse range of ideas to the project. We became fast friends carpooling from the Westside to Burbank each day taking The 405 to The 101 to The 134 and back. Since then we've worked on a number of projects with all kinds of clients from early-stage startups to brand name companies. We both live near sunny Startup Silicon Beach. 

Rachel Bailin moved to California from Iowa to start Farmscape, now the largest Urban Farming company in the United States. Since then she has moved onto helping startups and brand name businesses create timeless, strategic products and design. Rachel loves running the mountains around LA. For fun she runs 50+ miles. She has lived in LA for almost 10 years but still rocks the 515 digits. 

Melissa Heller is a UX/UI and graphic designer. She grew up in Los Angeles and graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Design Media Arts. She has worked for a number of startups and small companies. Her work is heavily focused on user experience and is informed by modern web and app standards. Her interests are fashion, fitness, healthy lifestyle, beauty and art.
